Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: To ship your products as soon as possible, we handle your order immediately. This applies to all in-stock products. Orders with products that are not in stock and thus not available for immediate delivery can be changed up to 48 hours after we have received your order confirmation.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Go to Schenker’s website and enter the shipment number (upper right corner on your invoice).

Q: What are the delivery times?

A: We ship all orders from our warehouse in Denmark within 24 hours, assuming that all products are in stock. If a product is not in stock, please see the date of dispatch on your order confirmation.

A: To get a password for the Retailer webshop, you must become a Bloomingville Retailer. You can apply by filling out the form here. When registered as a new customer, you will receive an email containing your login information.

A: No, all prices are without VAT.

Q: Can prices change?

A: The prices in the webshop are the actual prices for the goods. At times, we may reduce certain prices as a part of a special campaign. Once you have ordered a product, we are unable to change prices. Also, we reserve the right to adjust prices twice a year when a new season begins.
