Customer service

If you unfortunately have had a delivery from Bloomingville that was damaged or faulty, you can make a claim to our customer service department.

Please send an email to info@bloomingville.com with the following information:

  • Customer number and name
  • Invoice no.
  • Item no., quantity and claim reason
  • Attached image of the damaged item(s)
